Account is locked

    My account is locked.. I need it unlocked..... Why do you not offer phone support if you are going to lock accounts. I don't have time to wait for you to respond via e-mail to access my forms. I understand it's a security issue but if you're going to lock out users from PAID accounts I need quicker resolutions.

    I checked your account and it is in good standing. It is not locked as well as you mentioned.

    Kindly test/login to your account again and see if the issue persists.

    Can you check mine it will not let me in and I don't know what I did wrong
