Participants cant access the jotform with the direct custom link

    Hi,

    I created an online form and recently receiving messages from respondents that the form cannot be accessed with the link. An error message keeps popping up when clicked for example:

    The webpage at https://form.jotformeu.com/Eneyik/sexual-health-survey-instrument-con might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED


    Please what can I do to sort this out and is there any possible explanation for this.
