Can I use the Trello Power-up to create a new card for every form submission?

I have a board in Trello for orders. Every time we get an order, one of our salespeople will fill out the jot form for the order and then go to Trello and create a card for that order. Is there a way to automate that process, so that when the form is submitted, a card is created with the details from the form?

EDIT: I figured out that it isn't the power-up I needed, but the integration directly on the form.
