I am unable to see any forms when I log into my jot form account from my laptop. They are however all visible on the app on my phone. I've tried "syncing" and logging out and back in. Please advise how I can access my forms from my online account.

Thank you for contacting us. Your account username "SGMNicole" does not have forms. Could you please share the link of one of your forms created in the mobile app?
As well, you could let us know what username appears in your mobile app. You can locate the username as shown on this example:
