Why is my form showing over quota upon submit?

    Hello, 

    We are receiving the 'form over quota' error message but we have deleted all submissions and the error message is still appearing. How do we fix this?

    Apologies for the inconveniences this caused. 

    This issue happens when the email address used on the JotForm account is not verified, I would recommend you to kindly go ahead and verify your email address so this doesn't continue happening. 

    You should get a popup asking to verify your email address once you log into your account:

    If the problem persists after verifying your email address, let us know.

    Thank you for your reply. 


    Unfortunately when I login I do not get the popup. Is there another way to verify my email address without the popup?

    It's possible that you already closed it when you got it once and changes were saved. Kindly try using incognito mode in order to get the popup again and verify your email address.
