Change username on account

Hello, I am writing to request your assistance in updating the username on the JotForm account for Montana Ballet Company. The current user name is asinger@montanaballet.org

Would it be possible to make the new username "montanaballet"? Or, if an email address is required, kklaas@montananballet.org would be best.

I checked the email addresses you provided and I found the account aliciasinger. The email address your account was changed today from asinger@montanaballet.org to kklaas@montanaballet.org. 

Do you want to change the username from aliciasinger to montanaballet? Or did you only wanted to update the account email address?

If you want to change the username, please let us know and we will update it.

As per your request, I changed the username of your account from aliciasinger to montanaballet. 

Please note that I did not update the account email address. If you did not do it, I can only assume that it was done by someone else form your company. Maybe the previous account owner (asinger@montanaballet.org) did it.
