    Form height

    Asked by pixiegirl on April 04, 2013 at 09:24 AM

    I've searched the forums on this and it's not working for me.  I have a simple form to collect email addresses.  And it's so wide.  I tried the iframe version and there is a height tag in it but it doens't change the form for me regardless of what I set it at.  I don't need all that blue space, I want a really small form.

    I'm using iweb and godaddy.

    How do I do this?

    file added to see my test form, I want it at least half this height.

    Hi,

    Can you please try to re-embed your form using these codes:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/30933138993159" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    You may change the width & height according to how you want it to look.

    Thank you.

    Thats the one I'm using and I changed the height number which did change the height but it also cuts off the submit button.  I'd like to reduce some of the blue on the top of the form, not just cut it off the bottom.

    In your form styles CSS field area , please add the code below

    .form-line { padding:0px 20px !important; }

    To Inject a Custom CSS code in your form styles,

    - Click Setup & Embed tab

    - Click Preferences Icon

    - Select and Click Form Styles

    - Add Code in the Inject CSS field area
