Is there a link to see a forms submissions onlineAsked by funkyfro on April 04, 2013 at 10:04 AM
Hey there guys! I love your service, it's awesome!
Just wondering, is ther a link for people to see a forms submissions?
This would eliminate me having to log in and constantly download the updated forms sheet, or to have to give people my password to see form signups!
Thanks a million,
PS - the link below is the form we collect info with. Then I have another page where our Captains can just click the link and access the page with the form submissions. Since it's a link (from our Previous form provider) that shows the submissions, entries are always updated on their own
Yes, you can use the grid listing to display the submission made in your forms. Grid listing can be generated by selecting the form then clicking the report button.
Grid listing report can generate a share link and can also be embedded in your website.
Click here for a more detailed instruction on how you can set the Grid Listing Report in your form.

Very awesome thanks a million! Is there a way to rearrange the columns displayed? I know you can pick which fields to be displayed, but I'm definitely looking for a report in order of specific columns in an order, as well as Alphabetized.
Not the end of the world if not, just thought I'd ask! Thanks for your help! It's BIGTIME Appreciated!
You can simply drag and drop the columns so that they are in the order that you wish to have them.
As per ordering the submissions simply click on the column headings and that should do it for you,
Please give that a try and let us know if that helped!
