Login Failed Password - Suspended

    I've tried to login to my account numerous times but I continue to get a message beneath my password entry box that states "login failed-SUSPENDED" I even resetted my password and I'm still unable to login. Please let me know the course of action that needs to be taken in order to get my account back open and to access my previous online form created. Thanks!

    The reason your account is suspended is due to your Reed's Yoga & Group Fitness Application Form is requesting Credit Card Information, this goes against our Terms of Use:


    If you are looking to collect payments you will need to use one of our Payment Integrations. Before we can re-active your account we will need to remove these fields.
