Move forms to another account

    I have a concert coming up and the form is on my old acct which has run out of space for payments.  My bronze account is jancommonchordproject.org

     

    https://form.jotform.com/jantc*****/house-concert-tickets needs to be moved from acct connected to FB at jantc*****@gmail.com

     

    We CANNOT sell tickets and would appreciate an immediate fix.

    Yes! One acct is Bronze and paid for the other is trial and we cannot accept additional payments.  We need to accept payments ASAP

    As mentioned in my previous response, please reply through this thread using the jantcooper account so we can proceed doing your request. 

    The owner of the form needs to confirm it for security purposes.

    We kindly ask you not to post spam responses, otherwise your issue will not be handled properly and in a timely manner. Also, please note that we're answering from oldest to latest query. Meaning, when you add new response to your ticket it will bring back your thread to latest query.

    Now, please log out the jcnadav02 from your browser and log in to the jantcooper account. We want to move the form to the account you mentioned, but please understand that we need the form owner's consent before we transfer/move the forms.

    when I go to the upperhand icon it says jantcooper.

    I am in jantcooper.  What else should I do?  The trial acct was able to just collect another ticket but it also says, it has reached a limit.  I am paying for Bronze and the form is in the wrong acct.

    Just to add, your ticket payment can still accept payment orders until 10/28/2019. 

    We'll wait for your other account confirmation.

    I cannot open in another browser.  However, if there is NO LIMIT on sales it doesnt matter.  The screen says sales exceed ticket limit -- so I am worried.  The event is tomorrow so date is not an issue.  Please advise. thanks

    I went ahead and transferred the form (https://form.jotform.com/jantcooper/house-concert-tickets) to your account.

    IMPORTANT: Please update the custom URL (https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form) as soon as possible.

    But Evites, FB, etc. have been all been with the first URL.  Concert is tomorrow, so -- its too late to change URL . Please advise.

    Hi, you can update the site (Evites, FB, etc.) with the new URL. 

    Old URL - https://form.jotform.com/jantcooper/house-concert-tickets

    New URL - https://form.jotform.com/jcnadav02/house-concert-tickets

    Or, we can move the form back to the jantcooper account and downgrade the Bronze subscription on your other account and refund the last payment you made. After that, you can upgrade the jantcooper account to bronze and use the OLD URL

    This is up to you. That's the only workaround or advice possible at the moment.
