Can a submission be modified by the person filling in the form once it is submitted?

    If someone does not complete and entry or would like to modify something that they submitted, can they access their submission?

    How do they do that? How can I help them if it is my form they are filling in?

    Is there a way to be notified if there are any changes/modifications?

    Hi Sidharth,
    I tried following the directions.
    I changed and added everything I wanted, I think.
    Then, I pressed the send test e-mail, but I have not gotten anything in my inbox or spam.
    I am using a yahoo email. I read in the forum that I should try to send it to a different email, but I don't know how to change the email to anything else.
    Can you help me?

    Hi Cindy,

    You can change the form's notification email using this guide

    http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

    Additionaly, when you use the form's email Test Email button, it will always send only to your jotform account email, so, to actually test on different email address, you will have to submit the form in actual.

    The guides given by Sidharth should work on your edit foms after submission.

    Hi,
    I tried, but it is not sending me the email, so I can't see how or if it is working.
    Why won't it send the test email?

    Cindy,

    Can you please test again your email. I found your account email in bounce lists due to the ff reason

     

    I have removed it form bounce lists already. You should now be able to recieve email message.
