Once you have correctly set up the sending of form submission to your MySQL Database as instructed in the guide (https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP), data will be inserted if someone makes a submission through your form.

Sir Mike_G, Further clarification.., how it will be sent to the database and there is no correlation between the form in site "jotform" and the database!!!

After you created the PHP script that will initialize the connectivity to your MySQL Database, you will upload it to your own server and set the link to that PHP file as the "Redirect to external link" of your form.

    Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

Now, once your form is submitted, it will be redirected to the PHP file (link) which will then have the POST submission data sent to your MySQL Database.
