I am attempting to renew my bronze package. I have update the credit card information within my account, but continue to receive the attached error message. please assist ASAP

It seems that the payment has not been complete and the Bronze yearly plan payment is shown as incomplete from our end.
Please try upgrading using the link below:

If the incomplete payment goes through, we'll cancel and refund the same to your card, so that there is no duplicate subscription.
Let us know if you are still facing any issue while upgrading using the link provided.
