About a year ago i set up a number of forms for a client. The forms list a high number of products that can be ordered by inserting a qty in a text box for the desired product(s). Users rarely select more than one or two when submitting however.
Unfortunately when the form is submitted all the products in the form, including the unselected ones, are displayed in the incoming emails.
Is there a way to restrict the unselected products from being added into the email?
I asked this question a year ago, though at that time there was no solution for this. I am wondering if perhaps you had made some progress on this.
Appreciate the help! Jotform is awesome!

We already have the feature "Hide Empty fields on emails".
Here are the steps.
1. Open your form to edit.
2. Click Setup & Embed > Preferences.
3. Click Advance Settings.
4. Enable the Hide Empty fields on emails.
5. Then click Close Settings, then save the form.

this works! thanks.
Be nice to apply it beyond the default setting though. Or at least take the JOTFORM logo and QUESTION and ANSWER titles off. Maybe something to think about.

You are welcome.
You may consider creating another thread suggesting the same for us to escalate that to our developers. We can do it, but we prefer users to do it so we can notify them straight from the thread if in case updates will be made.
The "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" will work on the default email settings. If you will modify the output, this function won't work. In any case, you can always modify/remove our Logo and the question and answer headers.
