Do we need to change anything else after getting approved for the non-profit discount?

    We have applied for the education package and thank you for approving it.

    As we transfer from normal to education account, do we need to change anything eg: moving our forms to a new education account?

    Please advise, appreciate it.

    Thank you for contacting us. There is nothing else to be done in your account.

    If you have forms in other accounts that you wish to transfer to your account username "Genovasi"(where you got the 50% discount), please note that the request needs to come from the account that currently owns the forms.

    So, make sure to specify the forms to be transferred, and the username where they will be transferred too.
