    .US Certification SSL Issue

    This is getting very old.  Your service is down for umptheenth time.  I don't know about any of JotForm's other clients, but we've had it with this never ending nonsense and will begin replacing your service ASAP.  Here's the error message du jour:


    Secure Connection Failed
     An error occurred during a connection to secure.jotform.us.

    Peer's Certificate has been revoked.

    (Error code: sec_error_revoked_certificate)


    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site.

    I have forwarded your concern to our developers  for further investigation on why you are receiving SSL issue for .US domain extension.

    For the meantine, please replace the .US extension in your IFRAME embed code with a .COM extension to fix the SSL security issue.

    Sorry no, I have had to change how these forms are displayed on our site too many times already to overcome the weaknesses and bugs in your service. It doesn't make sense that we have to check the forms on a daily basis to see if they are working and then contact support for the latest "fix" or URL change when they don't. I appreciate your attempt to help but your service is just more trouble than it's worth.

    Sorry for Jefrey's incorrect answer. You should not change the URL to jotform.com. 

    I just checked this URL on Chrom, Firefox and Internet Explorer 9 and did not get an error?


    Do you still see this problem? Exactly which browser (type and version) are you using? What kind of error do you get?
