Unable to submit form as it shows invalid PayPal account

Hello, when i preview my form it says I don't have paypal etc set up so it can't submit but I am using it only to collect data not to collect payments

I checked both the forms in your account and neither have any payment fields added into the form. 

I test submitted both these forms in preview mode and did not get any error.
