Will the payer still be able to submit the form, and the funds are held in some sort of temporary vault until I upgrade my account? Will the payer see an error message? Will I be prompted via email to upgrade if the submission count begins to approach the limit?Page URL:

Never mind...I found the answer and upgraded my account as a precaution.
