    How come even though I have required fields it allows blank entries?

    That rarely happens when the form "required" validation is not working properly due to code conflicts. Let us know the website URL where you've embedded your form so we can check and verify if the form functionalities are working fine.

    Another possible cause if due to the user browser's "javascript" being disabled. Note that JotForm runs with javascript, if the browser's javascript is disabled, they will be able to submit the form leaving the required fields empty. The possible way to prevent this is to add noscript code to your form that hides the form when browser's javascript is disabled. Heres how:

    Use the following code. Add Free Text HTML tool to your form and paste the code there.
