Your email address was also listed in our bounce listing with the following reason.
I have removed your email address from our bounce listing and you should be able to receive your form email notification. To prevent this from happening again, I would recommend Whitelisting Jotmails IP Addresses.
Please try adding a Sender Name in your email notification setting as well.
