To Whom It May Concern,
I initially was able to upload a PDF through the widget and it showed on my form. However, I had to make some changes and when I went to upload the correct PDF, it hasn't worked. I have tried deleting the widget and reloading. I have tried a different saved copy of the PDF. I even tried a different laptop. Every time I upload the PDF, it shows a grey block with the message "Preview Unavailable." When I preview the form, it shows this as well. How can I fix this?

I have checked and able to replicate the issue. Could you please share the PDF with us so that we can check further? You can upload the PDF on google drive and share the link with us.

It doesn't seem to accept the "#" character in the PDF file name. Removing that should fix the issue.
I have updated your form with the PDF file you shared and remove the # character in the name and reuploaded. Please check your form now.
