Shared Form not showing up for Sub-User

    Hello - I set up another user (Matt Thompson) who has access to a form on my account (Near Miss) however when he logs into jotform he can't see the form?  help!!!  I need to let him have access to the content, reports and the form itself - what am I doing wrong?

    Hello Charlene, I see you've provided a phone number however, at this time we do not yet provide phone support.

    I just checked the account for Matt Thompson that you shared the form with and I can see that the form is being shared and is viewable. Please have this person log out, clear their browser cache, then log back in again, followed by going to www.jotform.com/myforms, then click on " Shared With You " tab to the left under My Forms sidebar to see if it shows up.
