Hello I have been trying to update my login email address to kelly.souris@hellosmile.co.uk but when I change the email address, it says "changed successfully". There is a "verfy email address" email sent to kelly.souris@hellosmile.co.uk but when I click the link to verify the address, it says "link not valid".
Now when I go in to my settings, it says the email address on the account is kelly.souris@hellosmile.co.uk but that email does not work to log in. Also my old email address still works to log in (severn@claritysmiles.com)
Please help me change this!

I see that there is no account associated with the mail address severn@claritysmiles.com. However, there is an account with email address kelly.souris@hellosmile.co.uk having username HelloSmileLtd. Could you please confirm that this is your account?

BizzaroReplied on November 5, 2019 at 9:50 AMYes this is the account. But you’re system still allows me to log into the system when using “sign in with gmail” and i use severn@claritysmiles.com
When I tried to use “reset password” for kelly.souris@hellosmile.co.uk it would actually end up making me a new account

As far as I can see your email address is successfully updated. Could you please try login using another browser and see if it works?
