    I would like to change the light box title to a different font face and make it a heading. I also need to add somewhere on the form that the red asterisk is required. I would really appreciate some help with this.

    Hi,

    For your first query, try this workaround - insert this CSS code:

    <style type="text/css">
    div div div table tbody tr td {
        font-family: Tahoma,Times New Roman,sans-serif;
        }
    </style>

    anywhere between your head tags

    You may change the font-family to any web-safe fonts you fancy.

    With regards to your second issue, I'm not sure if I get it correctly but is it a heading that you'd like to add on your required fields? If yes, that can be easily done by using the Heading tool.

    You may also use the Free Text HTML tool for more customization options.

    Let me know if you have further questions. Thank you for using Jotform.

    Regards,
    Neil

    Thank you so much for responding so quickly. However, where i work they use SkyblueCanvas CMS. It doesn't allow you to change anything outside the body tags. If it does, i have no idea how to.

    Below is the source code for the form. Is there anywhere between the script tags that i can change at all?

    Space booking enquiry form

    About the heading, i wanted to make the text that appears in 'windowTitle' the heading and change its serifness too. The other option is to have nothing where the 'windowTitle' is and put the heading where you've suggested. However, when i removed the 'windowTitle' 'Feedback' appears in its place. So how do i make 'Feedback' go away or edit what's in the 'windowTitle'?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks again

    Hi,

    There is no way to alter the lightbox title from within the form, even by injecting the CSS, because the lightbox title is not a part of the form's iframe. The only way to modify it's appearance is by inserting the custom css code I gave you. If it's not possible to edit the <head> codes, you may insert it inside the body tags instead.

    <style type="text/css">
    div div div table tbody tr td {
        font-family: Tahoma,Times New Roman,sans-serif;
        }
    </style>

    With regards to your other question, try changing the text inside windowTitle to anything you want. For example:

    windowTitle: "Fill up this form:",

    Replace the text inside the quotes.

    Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.
