Our secure forms are showing error with IE9 that states "Getting error with Internet Explorer "Internet Explorer has blocked website from displaying content with security certificate errors. " It looks like it is blocking the "Upload Files" button.

I was able to replicate the problem on your page though this doesn't happen on the stand alone version of the secure form. It appears to be fine on my IE8.
Have you tried taking off the form on your page and check the security alert on IE? I am not quite sure if this is an issue with the form but we'd like to check it further. Also, I noticed that when checking the other pages on your site using https, the error still appears even without the form?
I would also recommend checking this on your ssl provider, maybe they can help you something about this issue. Thank you!

When I remove the form the error does not happen. It appears to be blocking the "File Upload" button. Maybe that graphic of yours is not an https:// graphics? Only a few pages on our site are https://, the other pages you checked are not https:// that is why they are pulling that prompt when you attempt to access them as such.

The File Upload button does not have any image link or any URL in it. Please try using iframe method: How to get your Form's Iframe Code, still embed the form using secure URL. See if that helps.

The iFrame version does not fix the problem. I know this because another form on my site (https://www.elitetimepieces.com/watchappraisalform.html) is doing the exact same thing on IE, and that form is an iFrame form.

You are right, the problem is related to the Multiple Upload script. It is not loading due to SSL certificate issue.
Now the problem has been escalated to our Technicians.
We will keep you updated via this thread.

The original problem was probably happening because https://www.jotform.us/ was used instead of https://secure.jotform.us/ .
Regarding second problem. I looked at https://www.elitetimepieces.com/watchappraisalform.html and it worked fine on IE8 and IE9. Screesnhots attached. Have you already resolved the issue?

Problem has been solved and a path released but we had delay which was related with our CDN (MaxCDN) and the problem on their SSL version updates. I have just informed the problem solved on their end and our patched version is alive now.
