Can you set a form to go to an email address within the form after you click submit?

    My niece needs to track her hours for a school internship class. We have a field at the bottom of the form that asks for the name, affiliation, address, phone number, and email of the person that needs to sign off on her hours. And a signature box. After she fills in the form, including this email field and hits submit I'd like it to be sent to the email within this address field. It could be a different one each time she fills out the form, so I don't think the autoresponder will work.

    I'm also trying to figure out how to hide specific fields from the "Signer". When the signer submits the form back, she needs to send the form to her teacher with all fields visible. I read the whole Building Approval Work Flow, but I'm still confused if my scenario can work.

    You were right. The Email Autoresponder is not able to map the email field since you have used a Multiple Text Fields widget:

    Please try using an Email Field and Short Text Entry fields for his information. In that way, you would be able to map the Email Field in the Autoresponder.
