E-signature widget: signature is not showing in the email content

    Hi, 

    We've done a few tests to our form and we notice the image for the signature is not showing either on the PDF or the email once it's completed. 

    How can we make sure that the signature image is showing?


    Also, when I link the dropbox, I need it to be sent to a specific file folder, but it doesn't grant me the option to configure the file.

    How can I link a specific dropbox file folder?

    I have checked your form and it seems your autoresponder PDF document was not selected.

    I have update your autoresponder and kindly test your form and let us know if you will still receive the old PDF layout without the signature widget.

    Just did this again. We get NO signature in the PDF. This is really
    important for us. Any way you can fix this ASAP?

    Tested a cloned version of your form and it seems to be working correctly at my  end.

    Can we test a submission using your form?

    I have tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue at my end.

    It seems the signature field is not showing in the PDF document as well as in the email content.

    I was able to fix the issue by creating a new autoresponder email.

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi,
    Would it be possible to have a solution to this issue today? We have to
    launch the document on Monday next week.
    The signature image is still not showing in the email and PDF document.

    Before forwarding the issue to our back-end team.

    Kindly try deleting the autoresponder in your cloned form and create a new one.

    You may also try adding a new e-signature in your cloned form and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Richie,
    My assistant went home for the weekend since we are on Eastern time and we
    are using the form to 1,000 people on MONDAY!!! She has been trying to deal
    with this for days now. We NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE.

    I went a head and edited your cloned form https://www.jotform.ca/form/93104683602251 and added a new autoresponder called "test autoresponder 2".

    I was able to replicate the issue still after creating a new autoresponder email however, the PDF document is showing the E-signature text.

    I have forwarded the issue to our back-end team for further investigation.

    They will contact you via this thread once updates are available.

    Can you please try to uncheck "require login to view uploaded files" in your account settings?
