email notification doesnt work

    Hi,

     

    I have created a form called "wedding reservation request form" and programmed an email notification.  I fill out the form fine, and when I log in I see the submission.  But I never receive the notification via email!

     

    Could you review?

    I checked your form and our email server log and see that emails are getting delivered to your email id.

    /var/log/mail.log:Apr 9 10:45:35 us-app2 sm-mta[29745]: r39EjRBY029743: to=<cmarianacci@palaceresorts.com>, delay=00:00:08, xdelay=00:00:08, mailer=esmtp, pri=121398, relay=mx1.palaceresorts.com. [201.144.227.4], dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable

    I went ahead and did a test submission and see that email was just sent again to your email id:

    /var/log/mail.log:Apr 9 11:06:18 us-app2 sm-mta[12680]: r39F6FdV012678: to=<cmarianacci@palaceresorts.com>, delay=00:00:03, xdelay=00:00:03, mailer=esmtp, pri=121239, relay=mx1.palaceresorts.com. [201.144.227.4], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (<3591cbbf372553ff3d206e1cf4a85b85@jotform.com> Queued mail for delivery)

     

    Can you please check your SPAM folder? Its advisable that you use "noreply@jotform.com" as your "Sender Email".

    Please let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.

    Hi Sidharth!

    I did receive your test in my inbox!  I checked my spam and I dont get MY tests...

    I just changed the sender email and NOW I get my test!!! THANKS!!!
