I have created a form called "wedding reservation request form" and programmed an email notification. I fill out the form fine, and when I log in I see the submission. But I never receive the notification via email!
Could you review?

I checked your form and our email server log and see that emails are getting delivered to your email id.

I went ahead and did a test submission and see that email was just sent again to your email id:

Can you please check your SPAM folder? Its advisable that you use "email@example.com" as your "Sender Email".
Please let us know if you continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.
I did receive your test in my inbox! I checked my spam and I dont get MY tests...
I just changed the sender email and NOW I get my test!!! THANKS!!!
