I've created two forms and saved them, I need help embeddingAsked by awoodsjr on April 09, 2013 at 11:58 AM
Unfortunatelty i'm a computer dummy....so i need a step by step hand holding process :) I've created two jot forms that i want to attach to a flyer. This flyer will be sent to my client base. After reading the offer I want my clients to press the click here button so they can go to my registration page ( jot form ) & complete it. Once completed they press submit and it is automatically emailed to me. Again can someone give me step by step directions, from the saved forms to embedding them on my flyer to emailing back to me ? thank you in advance for your help.
Is your flyer an HTML based web page? Can you provide us the link to your flyer page?
No its a pdf currently sitting on my desktop. i have to upload it ...? HTML ?
Your flyer can be uploaded to a web page or a storage service such as Dropbox or Google Drive (you need to make it public there and grab the link )
Once the users submit the form, they will get an autoresponder made in our form builder , this autoresponder will include the link to you flyer.
Let me know if that sounds like a deal for you
