These instructions are great but not giving me the information I need. It keeps stating that I have a "free" account but I have the Silver plan.
I just need an invoice.

The JotForm account associated with your email address is currently on a free plan. So you are probably referring to another account. Could you please provide us with any details about the paid account (e.g. username, email address, or a form link)?
