Right now, when I download a PDF, it automatically saves the file in the Downloads folder on my computer. Is there a setting I can change to customize where on my computer the files are automatically saved?

This is a browser's setting, if you're using Chrome you may refer to this guide to change the default downloads folder: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95759?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
As this is a change on your browser it will affect all the downloads, unfortunately, this is not something that web pages can control.
