How to Create a Payment Form with Quantity Options

    Good day, 

    I have been through all the options on Jotform and cannot figure out how to create a order form more or less like the attached. I realise it won't be able to be as complex as in the given URL, but I basically need to be able to create products that have a unit price and let the customer select how many of the product he wants to buy at the given price and a total of his order at the bottom. 

    Example:

    5 x Chenin Blanc 2007 @ ZAR120 = ZAR600

    6 x Pinotage 2008 @ ZAR200 = ZAR1200

    TOTAL ORDER: ZAR1800

    All the order information has to be e-mailed to me when he submits his order. No bank details needs to be given in the process or other payment options.

    How do I do this???

    Hi,

    You can do that using our Payment Tools - Preferably the "Purchase Order" tool. Purchase Order will simply let your user select the products without actually sending payments after hitting submit button.
