Hope you can help - looking to customise my signup form, which will be integrated with mailchimp as follows:
The subscriber enters details for their first child (martial arts club list)
If the individual selects 'No second child' and 'No third child' - the form will not show the remaining fields - which are the details for the 2nd and 3rd children.
If they select 'Yes, I have a 2nd child' or '3rd child' respectively, the remaining sections of the form will 'pop out' or show themselves so to speak.
Can this be done with some wizardy?
ps. here's my existing form which I'm looking to replace, so you can see what I mean - it's messy at the mo!

Instead of cloning the form (as I needed slightly different options etc.), I decided to create a new one. And I'm running into several problems, hopefully not limitations on the integration!
I will explain what it is that I'm trying to do:
Customer enters their details into this form:
The integration zaps over the info to our mailchimp list, based on this form:
Is this possible? The problems I'm coming across are as follows:
1. Subscribers are not being pushed through to mailchimp database. No sign of them showing up at all on the other end. Have tried the following:
Clear browsers cache and cookies.
Generating a fresh API key before the integration.
2. Not all fields are showing links for integration.
My main concern is that if I go ahead and solve the 2nd problem, that the lack of a solution to the first problem will mean that my attempts to get this to work have been in vain.
Do you think the form is too complicated - and that this is the reason we're having difficulty?

Make sure your form field types matches accordingly from both parties. Example on your "Finally! Are your children allowed to eat Haribo? " field, they are both different. It shows radio buttons on your form at JotForm while it's a check box on your MC Form. This sometimes the issue why some of the fields aren't displaying. They should be match accordingly.
Regarding on the not updating data on MC, have you tried removing the whole integration and recreate everything? If not, I would suggest to give it a try. I am not able to find problems with your current setup so it should be working fine. Perhaps refreshing the integration might help. It is also possible to use JotForm - MailChimp via Zapier just incase the integration doesn't work with your form at JotForm.
