Missing MANY submissions

My submissions are missing many entries. Where are all of my submissions?

My account was downgraded on day last week so I could resubscribe using my education discount. This was really an issue for me so that I wouldn't lose days I had paid for and them get set up again.

I was assured all I would have to do is upgrade. But I'm missing volumes of submissions for many of my forms.

Is this a temporary issue and can you check to see where my submissions are?

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

It's possible that you were affected by the storage limit which limits the accounts to store only the latest 500 submissions on your account, this is for free accounts only. 

I have recalculated your submissions usage now and it was increased, kindly check and let us know if you are still facing the issue.
