Square Payment integration information

Hi! We're a church designing a kiosk for our event registrations. We used another form builder but are unhappy with how it works when it comes to payment details. It uses Square integration (which I see you also have) but when someone registers for an event, it shows up in Square as just "event registration" without details as to which event and the name of the registrant. We've reached out to them multiple times and they haven't responded so we're hoping you might have a better system in place that we might swap to.

Our accounting team needs to be able to have some info from the payment system and so I'm wondering how your integration with Square communicates with your form.

Aside from what you see in the payment transactions on Square, JotForm will also send a separate notification to your email address with the form's data including the payer's information.
