Notification emails no longer indicate the URL of the webpage where a particular form was filled

    I use my JotForm on two websites. I used to get the URL of the page where a given submission was made but now, my last notification email yesterday did not show the origin page. Because the two forms on both sites are identical (in fact, the same) I cannot tell which website the user filled the form on. This info is kind of important to me. Was this part of the notification turned off recently?

    I am afraid that i haven't understood the exact issue you are having. Do you mean to say that you are not getting the {form_title} in your email?

    Can you please let us know the two forms where you have set the URL to be returned in notification alert?
