I just checked your form and did a test submission without getting any security error. Please let us know which browser are you using. A screenshot will be a great help.

The persons are using IE8 and this I am using IE9
It states that "Internet Explorere blocked this website from displaying content with security certifiacte errors" and the only thing on the page blocked is the form.

I tested your website using IE developer tools accessing the site through IE7 - IE10 but was not able to received any security certificate warnings.
Will you be able provide us the exact error message the persons received when accessing your site using IE8?

Hi it is blocking the spam captcha and considering it unsecure.

I was able to reproduce the issue that occurs in IE while on your web page. However, the Captcha loads fine once the form is loaded at its own URL (https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/30185806221952).
Unless there's a reason for embedding the form's full source, try using either the default embed code or the iFrame version and let us know if the problem still occurs.
