Why is my website showing an older version of a form I edited in JotForm?

Asked by utPRGR on April 10, 2013 at 03:31 PM

Yesterday I edited two forms in JotForm, saved the changes and verified the changes took place within the embedded forms on my website.

Today the old version of the forms have mysteriously been revived on my website but the new version still appears correctly when logging into JotForm.

    Please help.

    Hi,

After clearing your form cache it seems everything retores normally. It was just a replication delay but it should be fine now.

Kinly clear your browser's cache and cookies as well and recheck the form on your site. Thanks!
