Submitting jotform thru edit submission is not routing to zapier

When we are submitting a new jotform it successfully routed to zapier but when we do edit submission via the email alert that we received from jotform its not routing to zapier.

Unfortunately, edited submissions will not trigger the integration to Zapier, new submissions are the only data that will be routed to Zapier.
