I am a Jotform user since many years having created tens of forms already, but since a few weeks my edits and additions to a certain new webform have disappeared the next day (though I always click the 'Save' button and also mostly submit a few tests).
First I thought that I dreamed that I edited the form, but today it's clear : past night I worked at it till 3am. The form was finally finished and ready to use ! But when I wanted to continue this morning; all changes appear to be lost. Not only the changes from past night : the version that appears now is a very old version !
Example of lost changes :
- the fields "Country" and "Nationality" were dropdown fields, but these went back to my first quick design form as simple text boxes.
- some new checkbox fields and html fields are all gone, as well as my condition fields.
- also my customized email alerts and 'Thank you' page are completely lost.
This is a huge time loss !
And the final point is, that it is useless to re-edit my form because the changes always disappear !!!!
I already cleared my browser's cache (firefox and Explorer) without any result.
Attached is an image of a more recent (but unfortunately not the latest) version, where you can see that many changes just don't exist anymore compared to the current webform.
What's wrong ? Please help.

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. There was a problem with our redis database which was down and a reboot fixed it. This problem caused the not saving issues. Please try to clear your browsers cache and see if this everthing if fine on your end as well.
I am having this same problem in the last days. Also I first thought I didn't change one of my forms, but after I did it (apparantly again) yesterday, today all my changes are not saved again. And it's frustrating as it took quite some time with editing html and stuff.
How can I be sure that everything will definitely be saved the next time I work on it?

I would like to assure you that the form will not revert back to a previous version on it's own and there has to be reason for that.
Have you logged in from any different computer/browser and opened this form in editor. Please be noted that we have "Auto save" feature and if your form is open in some other location it will always save that version which will replace the current version. Please ensure that you don't have logged on from any other location.
For now, may I ask you to clone this form in question and start working on this cloned form. Do let us know if you still lose your work in this cloned version as well.
Cloning of your form will also work as a backup version for you.
