What I am trying to achieve is a form which will take some of the inputted values and use those to calculate and poplate some of the other questions. I want this form to be quick and effort less so that the information is recieved promptly.
Heres a skeleton of the form and the calculations I hope to accomplish. I am open to any possibility.
Employee Name: [Text box]
Email: [Text box]
Event date: [Text box]
Job Number: [Text box]
Job Name: [Text box]
Guaranteed Hours: [Text box]
Base Pay Rate: [Text box]
Time Beginning: [Time field] 15 min increments
Time End: [Time field] 15 min increments
Total Overtime to be Paid (Hrs OT x 71.50 = total): [OT Calculation - text box]
Additional Expenses: [Text box]
Picture of Receipts: [File Upload Field]
Total Pay: [Final Calculation - text box]
[OT Calculation - text box]: [(# of Hours calculated from the "Time Beginning & Time End Fields) - Guaranteed hours] x 71.50 = (value which will be populated into "total overtime to be paid")
[Final Calculation - text box]: (Base Pay Rate) + [(OT Calculation) - Guaranteed Hours) x 71.50] + (Additional Expenses) = (value which will be populated into the total pay)
I would appreciate any help in the matter.

Unfortunately that wont be possible but if you are okay to embed your form with source code embed method we can provide you with a workaround.
