Will I be able to use this integration to update EXISTING Zoho Accounts and Contacts rather than creating a new account?

To clarify, do you want to have an option in the integration to update existing contacts details or are you referring to an account in Zoho?
Currently, our Zoho integration doesn't have an option to update exiting contacts in your module record.

Please note that when you integrate form with Zoho CRM, you get the option to choose the action when submission is received. You can select "Update existing record" in the action which will update the existing contact in zoho. Please check the screenshot below:
