Hello,
I have a form that I created that contains a file attachment feature. When the email submission is sent, the link in that email to the uploaded file goes to a 404 error page on the jotform site.
What do you suggest I do to fix that? thanks,

Thank you for contacting us. That must be due to the privacy settings which requires you to log in to your account first. Please go to your settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
And, uncheck the following option:
