Where can I find information about branding?

Hello! Where can I find information about branding? How much does it cost? If i have event in February, I need pay for December, January and February 

I am not sure if I understood your questions correctly. To which branding are you referring to? JotForm Branding? Only paid accounts can remove JotForm Branding.
