My account was autosuspended due to phishing form

    Hi Cynthia,

    We apologize for the inconvinience caused.

    I have check your cynthiaprice account and found it autosuspended  by the Phishing System. Upon further investigation, I found that there are no forms under your account that should be suspended for phishing. Thus, I have now reinstated your account and the 3 forms are available.

    You may now continue using our services.

    Hi Cynthia,

    Our auto phishing detection system has suspended your JotForm account and your forms are currenly disabled. Can you please describe the purpose of your "Welcome to Google Docs" forms? This form is asking for username and password which violates our terms.

    I was trying to import a form into JotForm (unsuccessfully!), and have since stopped trying because I keep getting a request for name and password instead of the form I created in Google Docs.

    Help Please!

    I too have been suspended from my account due to Phishing - I have no idea what I have done wrong - so please take a look at my activity and let me know if you can reinstate my account.

    You should always create a new thread for your issue. 

    Your account was auto suspended by our anti-phishing system.

    I have checked your account and re-scanned your forms and found it not to be in violation of JotForm's terms of use.
