    Custom Thank You not working inside form

    Asked by ultrabrand on April 14, 2013 at 09:48 PM

    The sidebar contact form located here: http://www.wecominc.com/services.html is supposed to includ an embedded thank you message. Instead, it goes to a jotformpro.com link with the message. Help!

    In order to achieve this, use the iFrame version of the form's code:

    However, you may not be able to get the form to look the way it currently does on your site.

    Hi, I am aware of this however the issue with the iFrame is that it is messing up the anchor links on that page. The scroll.to function is forcing the page to go to the very top when a user clicks on an anchored link (the sidebar links). Is there no other way? Or is there a way to remove the scrollto javascript without ruining the code?

    Sorry - ignore that. That was the issue when I embdedded it a different way. There is a new issue with this method though: is there a way to remove the padding that makes the form further to the right? (I want it to be touching the left side). Please refresh the page: http://www.wecominc.com/services.html#hostedexchange

    Also, view it in firefox: the fields are cut off because of the above issue.

    It looks good on my end. See this screenshots;

    Chrome Latest Version: http://screencast.com/t/TSfFQgXXw

    FireFox Latest Version: http://screencast.com/t/GFl66LTCI

    All Win 7.

    What is your OS and Browser Version?

    By the way, have you done a few customization on the form source codes (your current embed codes) ? The forms look different when viewed on its direct link.
