I have around 50 domains that I am setting up.
Can I create one jotform, upload it to all domains and have them all linked to one email address?
Eg whether it is tshirts.com or tshirtcity.com i will receive all emails from the form to email@example.com
is this possible or is a jotform linked to the domain it is on?
You can call me on 0044 28 92 638 729 if you do not understand what I mean...

Yes, that is possible. You can embed a form to any number of domains using just a single embed code. Email notifications can then be sent to a single or multiple email addresses, depending on your configuration. However, if you want to be able to tell which domain a submission came from, you can refer to this thread - Same Form on Different Sites - for an extensive tutorial.
