Cannot access account due to recently changed email

    Hi Jotform, 

    We recently had our email changed and now cannot access the previous jotform account.

    Is there a way we can retrieve the forms created?

    The previous email was 
    support@parcelpal.com.au

    Your email address is associated with the account Club_Parcel. However, the email address support@parcelpal.com.au provided by you is associated with a different account ParcelPalAustralia. Please try logging into the account using username and the registered password to see if you are able to login normally. 

    If you have forgotten your account password, you may request for a password reset from the login screen so that the password reset link will be sent to the account registered email address.
