How do I prevent ad links from being included in my form

Asked by rpllregistrar on April 15, 2013 at 11:42 AM

I have noticed that many of my forms have the ad links automatically included in my forms.  I would like to turn this off.  I pay for the premium package and shoul not have my forms hijacked by ads.

    Please help.

There are several links.  In the first sentence where it reads, "Thank you for registering..." the registering link is to an educational site.

In the insurance paragraph, the first "Insurance" link is to an insurance discount website.  I'm not sure how you are not seeing these unless for some reason I see them on my computer only.

Hi, I just took a glance at your form. Can you please confirm that what i've circled in red inside the image below is some of the links you are speaking of in regards to this issue?

The affordable insurance is the only one that appears on the form you listed below that is an ad.

I have gone in and broken the links but I did not place those links in there to begin with.  I am wondering if my account or my computer has been hijacked to put those ads in.  I have seen it on other forms I have created as well.

As stated in our page www.jotform.com  (at the bottom right side ) , jotform is FREE of ADS or CRIPPLEWARE

Probably someone else have access to your Jotform account in your side, or you are copying and pasting such formated text in the email message

    No crippleware. No ads.
Unlike similar services JotForm does NOT cripple features, show ads, or show a logo on your online form. All features are available to free users even if they go over quota. You only need to upgrade if you need more submissions and space!
