I have multiple recipients but the email isn't sending to them?

    I have multiple recipients but the email isn't sending to them? Nobody has a bounce list I've checked

    3 are working fine but 4 are not

    I noticed that you had setup SMTP for some forms. Which forms are causing the issues (those with SMTP or those without SMTP)?

    In order to avoid email delivery issues, we would recommend you to setup your own SMTP sender for all forms. Sending via SMTP sends directly from that address taking our servers out of equation. Here is the guide:

    Please setup SMTP for all forms and test again and let us know, if it helps.
